nited Water Restoration Group (UWRG) franchise owners have a remarkable impact in their communities. Offering crucial fire and water damage restoration services to property owners in their time of need, UWRG franchisees embark on a career path with unlimited prospects for personal, professional and financial growth.
In the initial call, we’ll learn more about you, your background, interests, and long-term business goals. We’ll also determine if the market area you are interested in is available. You will receive a high-level overview of the business and learn about the investment levels/qualifications. By the end of this call, we both can determine if we feel like it would be a good fit and if we want to proceed on the path.
The next step is a 30-minute Zoom meeting where we dive deeper into our company history, growth timeline, and current restoration franchise locations. You will also learn more about the Disaster Restoration sector, the business opportunity and statistics for individual services (Water, Mold, Fire & Smoke) as well as what sets UWRG apart from our competition. This is a great chance to get many of your initial questions answered in much greater detail.
If you like what you’ve heard during the Comprehensive Overview, the next step is for you to fill out a personal profile. This gives us an opportunity to share your interest with our company leadership and to ensure you meet our franchise requirements. Upon receipt of the Personal Profile, we will send you our FDD.
After we send you the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), we will arrange a short call to give you a high-level overview of this document so you understand the different sections and know where to find information.
This isn’t a required step, but for those who are interested, we are happy to arrange a call with an existing home restoration Franchise Owner. There may be specific things you are looking for, so we will match your needs/questions with an appropriate franchisee.
The purpose of this step is to give you the opportunity to meet the UWRG franchise support team and one of the owners. This takes place either in person at our Headquarters & Training Center in Ormond Beach, Florida, or virtually via a Zoom call. The franchise team will take you even deeper into our home restoration business model, processes and systems, and software platforms used to run your UWRG business. You will learn the key components of our business, how we onboard and train new franchisees, and what we do to help our Franchise Owners become successful. You can ask in-depth questions of the experts who support our franchisees within their respective areas of expertise.
At this point, you’ve determined that you would like to proceed on the path to Franchise Ownership, so we need to start on the first steps of achieving your business goals and that means mapping franchise territories. This deposit is fully refundable but is a vitally important step to ensure you don’t lose out on the area you would like to purchase. It will also enable you to have the final investment numbers enabling you to make your final decision or begin lining up financing.
Once you’ve finalized your desired home restoration franchise territory and have a clear picture of the financial needs/requirements, all you need to do is to sign the Franchise Agreement and execute the purchase of your UWRG fire and water damage restoration business! This will initiate the onboarding and training processes and Franchise Owner support that takes you right thru to your Grand Opening!
